A hand-coded interactive website for Rhode Island School of Design Graphic Design Triennial with help from Jingyu Feng, Carrie Chaeeun An, Utkan Dora Öncül, Zachary Scheinfeld, and Jacob Hwan Lee. The artworks of students are constantly moving in circular forms reenacting portals. Portal refer to a passage, a window, an entrance, an exit, a threshold, a transition. It is through these portals that the RISD community experienced the past three years. We moved between physical and virtual spaces, projected ours and others’ voices throughout nationwide social and racial unrest, and oscillated between reflections on the past and present.
